EUC Collective

Terms of service

Draft — not final. This page hasn't had a solicitor review yet. It reflects our intent accurately, but treat it as a working draft until membership actually opens and real member/payment data is collected.

1. What this is

EUC Collective is a paid membership for end-user computing (EUC) practitioners, operated as a solo consultancy. These terms cover the waitlist, the membership itself once it opens, and use of the documentation library, live sessions, and the intake channel described on this site.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. We use your email to tell you when membership opens and, if you tell us, whether you're signing up as an individual or on behalf of an institution — see the privacy policy for how that's handled.

3. Membership

Membership plans, seat counts, and pricing are described on the pricing page. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked for the life of a continuous subscription — it lapses if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted at then-current pricing.

4. The intake assistant

Members can raise problems through an AI-assisted intake channel. That assistant asks clarifying questions and files what you tell it for a human to work on — it does not give technical advice, recommend a course of action, or produce code or configuration. Full detail is in the AI disclosure.

5. Published content

Where a problem you raise leads to published library content, it is anonymised before publication — no member, employer, or institution is identifiable in it. We review this explicitly before anything goes live.

6. Acceptable use

Don't share your account access outside your paid seats, scrape or redistribute the library, or submit anything through the intake channel that you don't have the right to share (e.g. another organisation's confidential material without authorisation).

7. Cancellation

Individual and team subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Institutional agreements follow the terms of the relevant order form.

8. Liability

The library and sessions are informational — they don't replace your own judgement, testing, or change-control process for your environment. Nothing here excludes liability where it can't lawfully be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We'll update this page as membership launches and these terms firm up, and will flag material changes to members directly rather than silently editing this page.
